You are hereby notified that the Building Official finds the building or
structure, on the above-dascribed property is unsafe as defined by Sec.
138.02 of the City of Clearwater Code of Ordinances as adopted by the City
of Clearwater, Florida.
The conditions noted on the attached Inspection Report have rendered this
building to be declared unsafe under the prOVisions of the City Code.
You are further notified that the building must be secured to prevent
unauthorized entry within 5 days of receipt of this notice. Should you fail
to secure tJds 3tructure witHin 5 days, I will take action and have it
, secured. All costs incurred shall be charged upon the owners and collected
in the manner provided by law,
You are further notified that all necessary permits shall be obtained within
thirty (30) days. If you repair the building, the repair work must comply
with the requirements of the Building Code for new buildings and be
completed by July 3, 1909. If you are gOing to demolish the building, a
demol1t.ion permit DlUSt be obtained by Marcil 16, 1989, and the work
canpleted not later than Hay', 1989.
