I . 1 ";' I 'l. ," -- . ~ " RESOLUTION NO. 90-7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF C!.EARWATER, FLORIDA, APPROVING A JOINT PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND PINELlAS COUNTY RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION OF CITY UTILITY FACILITIES ALONG KEENE ROAD FROM STATE ROAD 580 TO VIRGINIA STREET: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Pinellas County plans to extend Keene Road from Virginia Street to San Christopher Road, which plan includes building a bridge across a creek in an,area where the City plans to install gas lines within the next two years: and WHEREAS, the cost to install the City's gas line while the road is under construction and to hang the gas line on the bridge is expected to be less than the cost of a subaqueous crossing at a later date; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Joint Project Agreement between the City and Pinellas County for Utility Installation by Highway Contractor is hereby approved in the form 'attached hereto as Exhibit A. The City Commission approves the contract project cost to Pinellas County of $20,360.00 and the cost of materials, which is estimated to be $3,685.00, which funds are committed and will be available for payment as'necessary.
