A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ACROSS
A PORTION OF A CITY-OWNED PARCEL OF PROPERTY LYING
WITHIN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described

u hereby dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for use by the general
public and the City of Clearwater as their interests may appear.

Property to be dedicated for drainage and utility purposesl
That portion of the South 160 feet of the North 225 feet of
that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15
Bast, lying West of a line parallel with and 650 feet West of
the East line of said 1/4 Section, described as followsl From
the Northwest corner of the above described tract run
Southerly along the West line of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4, 78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, Said point
also being the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of the
Revised Plat of Brookwood Terrace as recorded in Plat Book 8"
Page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
thence continue Southerly along said West line 82 feet, to
the Southwest corner of the above described tract; thence run
easterly to a point on a line lying 650 feet. West of the East
line of said 1/4 section, said point being the Southeast
corner of the above described tract; thence run Northerly
along:said line 82 feet to a point; thence run Westerly,to
