NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVEO BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section"t. The City Commission of the City of Clearwater does
hereby endorse the adoption of a Pinellas County ordinance imposing an
annual registration fee of fifty percent (50%) of the applicable State
registration fees on vessels operated or stored within Pinellas County.
Section 2~ Copies 'of this resolution be provided to the Pinellas
County Board of County Commissioners, the Sheriff of Pinellas County"
Florida Marine Patrol and the Chairman of the Pinellas County Waterway
Management Committee.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
