A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING THE SOUTHERLY 65 FEET OF A TRACT OF CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF BELCHER ROAD, NORTH OF
THE CSX RAILROAD TRACKS, lYING WITHIN SECTION "
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS A UTILITY EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion thereof as a utility
easement; now. therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
Cl.EARWATER, FLOR1l1A:
Section 1. The southern 65 feet of the property described in Exhibit A.
attached hereto, measured at right angles to the southern boundary lines, is
hereby dedicated as a utility easement for use by the general public and the
City of Clearwater as their interests may appear.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution
in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1989.
