RESOLUTION NO. 89-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, RENAMING EUGENIA STREET, ABUTTING
LOTS 1 THROUGH 5 AND LOTS 11 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE,
GEORGAS SUBDIVISION, AS PINELLAS STREET: PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the property owners on Eugenia Street
that the name of the street known as Eugenia Street in Geor~as Subdivision in
the City of Clearwater be changed to P1nellas Street: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that the change of the name of the
street as requested is appropriate: now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Eugenia Street, abutting Lots 1 through 5 and Lots 11 through
16, inclusive, located in Georgas Subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded ~n Plat Book 45, Page 20, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby renamed Pinellas Street.
~ection 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution
in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
