INTRODUCTION The Employer hereby establishes Ihe Employer's Deferred Compensation Plan. herelnelter referred to as tho "Plan," The Plen consists of tho provisions set forlh In this document. The primary purpose of this Plan Is to provide rellrementlncome and other deferred benehts to the Employees of the Employer in accordance with the provisions 01 secllon 457 of the Internel Revenue Code 011954, as amended. DEFINITIONS 2.01 Account: The bookkeeping account maintained lor each ParticIpant reflectlng the cumulative amount of the Participant's Deferred Compensation, Including any Income, gains. losses, or Increases or decreases In market value attributable to the Employer's Investment of the Parllclpant's Deferred Compensation, and further rellectlng any distribu- tions to the ParticIpant or the Participanh Beneficiary and any lees or expenses charged against such Participant's Deferred Compensation. 2.02 Admlnlltr.lor: The person or persons named to carry out certain nondiscretionary admJnlstrallve lunclions under the Plan, as hereinafter described.
