Saction 2.
That Ron H. Rabun, City Managar, b. and h.
is hereby authorized to tile on behalf ot the Applicant an
application in the torm prascribed by the state ot Florida,
Bureau ot Public Safety Management, in conformity with said Act,
for a grant to ba made to the Applicant to as.1st 1n defraying
the cost of the Project.
Section 3.
That upon award, the Applicant shall provide
or malcs necessary arrangements to provide Huch in-kind contributions
in addition to the grant as may be required by the Act to defray the
cost of the Project.
Section 4.
That said the City Manager is hereby
authorized to furnish such information and to take such other action
a~ may be necessary, including executing a contract, to enable the
Applicant to accept said grant.
Section 5.
That the City Manager is hereby designated as
the authorized representative ot the Applicant for the purpose of
furnishing to the State of Florida, Bureau of Public Safety
Management, such intormation, data and documents pertaining to the
grant .. may be required and otherwise to act as the authorized
representative of the Applicant in connection with the grant and any
contract submitted for approval following grant. authorization.
Section 6. That upon the grant award, the applicant
shall maintain such records necessary and furnish ~uch information,
data and documents as required by the State ot Florida, Bureau of
Public Safety Management, to support the implementation ot the
Project and any contract submitted in support ot the 9rant.
