RESOLUTION NO. 88-45
. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASEMENT FROM THE STATE OF
FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR
UTILITIES INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE IN SECTION
22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, AS DESCRIBED
MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater finds it necessary to acquire a utlllty
easement over the property described herein for the Installation and maintenance of
utfllty lines; and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, the owner of the
property, has agreed to convey the easement to the City of Clearwater; now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater is hereby authorized to accept the
conveyance of an easement from the State of Florida, Department of Transportation,
for utUlties Installation and maintenance, a copy of which is attached to this
resolution as Exhibit I. The real property subject to the easement is described more
. particularly In Exhibit A to the easement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the City Clerk shall transmit a
certified copy hereof to the State of Florida, Department ot Transportation.

paid to grantor the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over;lUnder and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A".
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct. install and maintain thereon any
utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility linea from time to time.
