A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, REVISING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES TO BE
CHARGED FOR APi'LICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF SITE PLANS,
SUBDIVISION PLATS, ANNEXATION REQUESTS, LAND USE PLAN ,AND
ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS, CONDITIONAL USES, VARIANCES t
APPEALS TO HEARING OFFICERS, AND CERTAIN CONTINUANCES;
AMENDING RESOLUTION 88-'17 REL.ATING TO SUCII FEES.
WHEREAS, administrative review is required for site plans, subdivision
plats, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas .,amendments I
requests for conditional uses and variances, and appeals and continuances, and
WHEREAS, the City incurs direct and indirect expenses for such reviews i
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission. finds it necessary to review the schedule of
fees in order to reflect increased expenses to the City, as set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. The schedule of fees and charges relating to the review snd

processing of site plans, annexations requests, land use plan snd zoning atlas
amendments and subdivision plnts, conditional uses, variances, appeals and
continuances, as set forth in Resolution 88-17, is amended to read:
