A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, SETTING FEES FOR THE USB OF RECREATION FACILITIES OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER BY.NON-RESIDENTS OF THE CITY. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater provides recreational facilities and/or programs for the residents of the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, it is desired that those who use the recrea- tional facilities and/or programs and are non-taxpayers of the City of Clearwater shall pay a reasonable Bum, where practical, for the use of said recreational facilities and/or programs; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that these rates ohall take effect on January 1st, L989 and shall be e:lforced by Recrea- tion Division personnel; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: I. That effective January 1st, 1989, non Clearwater tax- payers who wish to use Clearwater recreation facilities and/or programs at the same rate as Clearwater taxpayers may do so by paying one or more of the follow!ng fees: A. Card Options 1. Annual Individual Card . . . . . . . . . $49.00 Valid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 2. Fall Individual ~ . . . . . . . . . . $30.00 Valid from Sep t. 1 through De c. 31 3. Annual Family Card . . . . . . . . .$122.50 . . Valid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 4. Fall Family Card . .. .. . . . . . $75.00 . . . . Single admission fee (exceptions: plus an additional minimum 25%. City pools) II. The criteria which establishes the class of City tax- payer for the purpose of thi~ resolution are: a) Permanent residency within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Clearwater; or b) Ownership of real property within the incorpor- ated boundaries of the City of Clearwater, as evidenced by the official tax rolls maintained by Pinellas County; or c) Tourists and guests 'residing at properties within the incor~orBted boundaries of the City I o f Cl e a rw B t e r; d) Persons who are employees of the City of Clear- water, their spouse and children who live at home.
