Section 2. As soon os practicable, a Certificate or Indebtedness against tho
property ror the amount oC assessment sholl be prepared, which certlficate shall
constitute a lien prior to all other liens exccpt the lien tor taxes. Sold certificate,
when Issued, shall be payable to the City In not exceeding ten (10) equal annual
Installments with Interest at a rate not greater than eight percent (8%) per annum.
Section 3. The City Clerk Is hereby directed to prepare a Notice or Lien In the
amount or the assessment against said property, and to record the same In the Public
Records or Plnelles County, Florida.
Seetlon 4. 'IlIis resolutlon shall take errect immedIately upon adoption.
