DEDICATING A a-FOOT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK A,
JOHN R. DAVEY SUBDMSION, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission that said

same is to be used for such purpose; and
Commission desires to dedicate said property by formal
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The property herein described is hereby dedicated as a sanitary sewer
easement for use by the general public and the City of Clearwater as their Interests
may appear:
A six-toot wide easement for the construction, maintenance and repair ot a
sanitary sewer, the centerline of which is described as follows:

Commence at the Northeast corner of Block A, John R. Da."ey Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 97, ot the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, or which PineUas County was tOl'merly a part; thence
proceed South 01 ~2'45" East along the Easterly line of said Block A, 43.12
(eet; thenee pt'oceed North 90000'00" West along the South right-of-way
line of Cleveland Street 354.40 feet; thence South 00000.00" East 174.82
feet; thence due East 2.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING or the
centerline oC said six-foot easement; thence proceed along said centerline
South 54~2'281f West 28.35 teet; thence North 70OSl'OO" West 57.61 feet;
thence due West 52.00 teet to the Westerly terminus of said easement.
Section 2. The City Clerk [s hereby directed to record this resolution in the
PublIc Records oC Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This resolution shall take eCfect immedIately upon adoption.
