No. 88-17
A RESOL UrION OF THE CITY COM MISSION OF THE crry OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, REVlSlNG THE SCHEDULE OF
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS FOR REvmw OF
SITE PLANS, SUBDIVISION PLATS, ANNEXATION REQUESTS,
LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS, ,
CONDITIONAL USES, VARIANCES, APPEALS TO HEARING
OFFICERS, AND CERTAIN CONTINUANCES; AMENDING
RESOLUTION 86-56, RELATING TO SUCH PEES.
WHEREAS, administrative review is required for site plans, subdivision plats,
annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments, requests for
conditional uses and variances, and appeals and continuances; and
WHEREAS, the City incurs direct and indirect expenses for such reviews; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it necessary to revise the schedule of fees
in order to reflect increased expenses to the City, as set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. The schedule of fees and charges relating to the review and processing of
site plans, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments and
stbdivlslon plats, conditional uses, variances, appeals and contlnuance'3, as set forth 1n
Resolution 86-56, is amended to read:
A. Site Plan Review:
(1) Base charge tot' each site plan $300.00 156;ij9 plus
