Nothing in this resolution shall be deemed to Impair In any way the Interests oft (a) Pioneer Savings Bank, lmoCar as It has 8n Interest In the property subject to the Lease 8S a secured lender by virtue of the mortgage described hereinabove; or , (b) Cloorwater Housing Authority, Insofar as It has an Interest In the property subject to the Lease as a lessee (formerly, as a sublessee) by virtue of the certain lease agreement entered into between the Corporation and the Clearwater Housing Authority on May 15, 1971, for a term ot five ycars with automatic extensions not to extend beyond May 15, 1991. As to the Clearwater Housing Authority, the City of Clearwater does hereby assume all of the rights and obligations of the Lessor under said lease agreement. Section 4. The City ot Clearwater also declares Its Intent to seek ad valorem tax-exempt status for the property subject to the Lease. As of the granting of such tax-exempt status, all provisions in the lease agreement with the Clearwater Housing Authority relating to ad valorem taxation, including Paragraphs 5(g) and 6(b), shall thereafter be of no further force or effect. Section 5. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. Section 6. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the City Clerk shall cause certified copies to be delivered by mall to the registered agent of the Corporation according to the records of the Florida Secretary of State, to the Executive Director of the Clearwater Housing Authority and to the President of Pioneer Savings Bank.
