A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATERt FLORIDA,
DEDICATING A 5-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT TO
BLOCK 7, GOULD AND EWINGS 2ND ADDITION TO CLEARWATER
HARBOR (PARCEL A)t AND A 3-FOOT Ul1LITY EASEMENT
ADJACENT TO BLOCK 12, MAGNOLIA PARK SUBDMSION
(PARCEL B),. PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City or Clearwater Is the owner of the hereinafter described
property, and

WHEREAS, It has now come to the attention or the City Commission that said
property has never been formally dedicated as a utlllty easement, although the same is
to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to dedicate said property by formal
resolutlon; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Sectlon 1. The property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be and the
same Is hereby dedicated for use as a utility easement for use by the general public
and the City of Clearwater as their Interests may appear.
Sectlon 2. The City Clerk Is hereby directed to record this resolutlon in the
, Publlo Records of PlneUas County, FlorIda.
Sectlon 3. This resolution shall take effect Immediately upon adoption.
