provided by the City Manager and the Finance Dlrector, upon the recommendation or the
City's Financial Advisor. A summary form of such notice shall be published once in the

Clearwater Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Clearwater, Florida,
published In Clearwater, Florida, as soon as practicable, and In any event not less than 10
days prior to the date of sale in substantially the torm of Public Notice of Sale attached
hereto, and may be pUbliShed at such other times and In such other manner as the City
Clerk shall deem advisable.
Section 3.
This resolution shall become effective Immediately upon Its
adoption.
