pection 1. Resolution No. 85-79, paascd on September 5, 1985,
is hereby rescinded.
Section 2. The City Manager, is authorized to file an applica-
tion for an aquatic plant control grant from the state 'of Florida,
Department of Natural Resources, and to accept grants providing
financial funding assistance for the aquatic plant control
program.
~~ction 3. The waters to be managed for aquatic plant control
with the use of funds from the City's aquatic plant control budget
are accessible to the general public or are managed fer flood
prevention for public benefit.
Section 4. Ream Wilson, Oirector of Parks and Recreation, is
assigned by, the City as Project Administrator.
Section 5. Art Kader, Assistant Oirector of Parks and Recrea-
tion, ~s assigned by the City as Project Financial Officer.
Section 6. This ,Resolution shall take'effect immediately
upon adoption.
