A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF SITE
PLANS, SUBDIVISION PLATS, ANNEXATION REQUESTS, LAND
USE PLAN AND ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS, CONDITIONAL
USES, VARIANCES, APPEALS TO HEARING OFFICERS, AND
CERTAIN CONTINUANCES; REPEALING RESOLUTION 85-B9,
RELATING TO SUCH FEES.

WHEREAS, administrative review is reqUired for site plans, subdivision
plats, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments, requestlJ for
conditional uses and variances, and appeals and continuances; and
WHEREAS, the City Incurs direct and indirect expenses for such reviews;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds It necessary to adopt a new schedule
of fees reflecting increased eXpenses to the City, as set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. There is hereby established the fallowing fees and charges relating to
review and processing of site plans, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas
amendments and subdivision plats, conditional uses, variances, appeals and
continuances:
A. Site Plan Review:
(1) Base charge for 'each site plan
(a) Non-residential'iracts - for
each acre or fraction thereof
included on the plan
(b) Residential- for each
additional housing unit after
the first 25 units
