RESOLUTION
No. 86 - 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A LANDSCAPING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR LANDSCAPING A PORTION OF STATE ROAD 60, FROM
FORT HARRISON AVENUE TO HILLCREST AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the city and the Florida Department of Trans-
portation have negotiated an agreement providing for the
installation and maintenance of landscaping on that portion
of State Road 60 from Fort Harrison Avenue to Hillcrest Avenue,
a copy of which agreement, entitled "Highway Landscaping
Memorandum of Agreement,1I is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City commission does hereby approved the
Highway Landscaping Memoranuum of Agreement, and the City
Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
a~reement on behalf of thaCity of Clearwater.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon adoption~

day of August, 1986.
