(1) It an application tor a Comprehensive Plan amendment Is accepted but
ultlntately not approved by tho City Commission, the area ot land allected by the
appUoaUon shall not be Inclu':!ed in determining whether the cumulative limit has been
reached during the calendar year, In which the decision of the City CommissIon has
been rendered..
(2) All density calculat1on~ shall be on a gross acreage basis, as opposed to a net
acreage basis.
Section '2. This resolution shaJi take eflect immediately upon adoptlon.
