A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DEDICATING A
CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY,
NORTH AND NORTHWEST OF CITY HALL AND NORTH OF
THE BAY FRONT PUMP STATION, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it hs now come to the attention of the City commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as an easement,
although the same is to be used for such purpose1 and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
,1. That the property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby dedicated as an
utility easement for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this
resolution in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That this resolution shall take effect immediat~ly upon
adoption.
