A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 01,' CLEARWA'l'ER, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING A CERTAIN, UTILI'l'Y EASEMENT WHICH
CONNECTS TO A FLORIDA POWER EASEMENT RUNNING
OFF OF S'l'A'llE ROAD 580, IN SEC'l'ION 21, 'rOWNSltIP
28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINBLLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHERAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property, and
WHEREAS, it has now corne to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as an easement,
although the same is tq be used for such purpose, and
WHEREAS, 'the City Cornmissin desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is
hereby dedicated as an utility easellient for use by the general
public and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests
may appear:
A 15 foot utility easement lying 7.5 feet either
side of 'the following described line:
Commence at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 16 East,
thence tun N 89019'01" W, 87.50 feet, thence run
N 000121n4" W, 650.93 feet to the P.O.B., thence run
N 89044138" Ei 463.50 feet, thence run N 80044'38" E,
53.00 feet; thence run N 61004138" E, GO.OO feet to
the Point of Ending.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. 'That this Resolution shall take effect imrnediately upon
