1. That pur3uant to Sootion 95.06 or the Coda of Ordinanoas
the proporties listed on Exhibit A, attaohed to this Resolution and
roado 0 part hereof; aftor notioe to eaoh proporty owner, were
considerod by the Lot Clearing Board at a public hearing held August
'13, 1985, S8pt~b8r 24, 1985, Ootober 9, 1985 and Oatober ~2, 1985
with the Question being should each lot be oleared or mowed by the
City and the oosts, inoluding administrative oosts, aS3essed against
each property owner on the 113t and following the hearIng of the Lot
Clearing Board, pursuant to Seotion 95.0Y of the Code of Ordinanoes,
authorized the City to olear or mow eaoh lot.
2. That pursuant to Seotion ~5.13 of the Code of Ordinanoes
the owner of' eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A ha3 been prOVided with a
notioe and opportunity, thirty (30) days, within which to pay the
oosts and administrative oharges set forth on Exhibit A, but no
payments have been received.
3. That each lot listed on Exhibit A, having been cleared or
mowed by the City pursuant to authorization by its Lot Clearing Board,
the City Commission pursuant to Seotion 95.11 or the Code of
Ordinances hereby aS3esses a lien on behalr of the City or Clearwater
against eaoh paroel shown on Bxhibit A for the actual costs of mowing
or Clearing, plUS administrative costs, as shown on Exhibit A.
~. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a notioe
of lien against each property listed on Exhibit A and to file the
same in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida.
5. That this Resolution shall beco:ne effective immediately upon
its adoption.
