A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWhTER, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OP KOGER
CENTER DRIVE TO McCORMICK DRIVE, LOCATED BETWEEN
U. S. 1 9 NORTH AND SECOND S'l'REE'r EAST.
WHEREAS, Koger Center Drive is a short Ci~y street located
between U. S. 19 North and Second Street East, which was built by
developers in that area in 1984; and

~ WHEREAS, the name was derived from a Koger interest adjacent
a ~ ~ to the street which has since been acquired by another party; and
~~r-:.
~~~ WHEREAS, the new owner of adjacent property has requested that
, ~ ~ ~ e the street name be changed from Koger Center Drive to McCormick
~ 0 ~ ~ Drive; and

~ WHEREAS, inasmuch as little development has yet taken place,
uno one presently addresses themselves off that street name, and all
adjacent property owners express no objection, the City Commission
is desirous of changing the name as requested;

That Koger Center Drive, located between U. S. 19 North and
in the City of Clear\~~, is hereby renamed

2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective ioonediately
upon its adoption.
