NO. 85-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF
FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF SITE
PLANS, SUBDMSION PLATS, ANNEXATION REQUESTS, LAND
USE PLAN AND ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS, CONDITIONAL
USES, V ARrANCES, APPEALS TO HEARING OFFICERS, AND
CERTAIN CONTINUANCES; REPEALING, RESOLUTION 84-83,
RELATING TO SUCH FEES.
WHEREAS, administrative revIew is required for site plans, subdIvision
plots, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas amendments, requests for
conditional usas and variances, and appeals and continuances; and
WHEREAS, the City incurs direct and indirect expenses for such revIews;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-83, which established a schedule of fees to
dei'ray such expenses, has been made partially obsolete by the adoption of the Land
Development Code; and
, WHEREAS, the City CommissIon finds it necessary to adopt a new schedule
of tees as set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF 'fHE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY
AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. There is hereby established the following fees and charges relating to
review and processing of site plBns, annexation requests, land use plan and zoning atlas
amendments and subdivision plats, conditional uses, variances, appeals and
con tinuances:
A. Site Plan Review:
(1) Base charge for each site plan
(n) Non-residential tracts ~ for
each acre or fraction thereof

(2) Revalidation of a Certified Site Plan
