WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, through the enaotment of Chapter
95 of the Code of Ordinanoes that for the purpose of promoting the
health, safety and general welfare of the oitizens and residents or
the City of Clearwater lots, paroels or traots of land within the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
suoh as desoribed below should,be oleared of weeds, rubbish, debris
and other noxious materialj and

Ordinanoes was provided to the owner of each of the lots listed below
that suoh lot was in violation of Chapter 95, the Lot Clearing Codej

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 95.07 of tho Code of Ordinanoes,
fOllowing the determination that a violation exists, the property
was posted requesting compliance within fifteen (15) days. and
WHEREAS, notification was given to eaoh property owner advining
of the right to appear at a hearing before the Lot Clearing Board
to contest the findings of violation and present evidence relating
