EDWARD C. WILSON VS. COACHMAN CROSSING APARTMENTS,
A TEXAS GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, THE CITY OF .
CLEARWATER, AND SKELCO QUALITY CONSTRUCTION,
CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 85-8274-21.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant
in an action for forec~osure which is the subject matter of the
case of Edward C. Wilson v~ Coachman Crossing Apartments, a TeXKS
General Partnership, The City of Clearwate~, and Skelco Quality
Construction, Circuit civil No. 85-8274-21:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City;of Clearwater in the
case of Edward C. Wilson VB Coachman Crossing Apartments, a Texas
General Partnership, The City of Clearwater, and Skelco Quality'
Construction, Circuit civil No. 85-8274-21.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this, 20rh day of June, A.D. 1985.
