TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN 'rus

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant in
an action for damages which is the subject matter of the case of

Maryanne Catarelli v. County of Pinellas and City of Clearwater,

Circuit Civil No. 85-7635-20:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the

case of Maryanne Catarelli v. County of Pinellas and City of ,
Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 85-7635-20.
'2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon ,its adoption.
