RESOLUTION
No. 85 - 42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 84-1, RELATING TO FEES FOR PERMITS ISSUED
BY THE CLEARW/\TER POLICE DEPARTMENT, TO ADD
A FEE FOR ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OR PUBLIC CON-
VEYANCE VEHICLE PERMIT STICKER.
WHEREAS, the City commission previously enacted Resolution
No. 64-1 which established an up-to-date schedule of rates and
charges' to defray the cost of issuing certain permits and reports
by the Clearwater Police Department; and
WHEREAS, recently the City Commission has enacted new rules
and regulations for taxicabs and public conveyances, and it is
necessary to establish'a fee for issuance af vehicle permit stickers
for same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That Resolution No. 84-1 is hereby amended to amend Section
2 thereof to add the following new fee:
Taxicab/public conveyance vehicle
permit sticker
$2.00
2. ~That this Resolution shalt become effective immediately
,upon its adoption.
