OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENT
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 170, FLORIDA S'l'ATUTES, '1'0
MAKE A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, NAMELY THE CONSTRUCTION
AND EXTENSION OF ^ SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM WITHIN
CLEARWATER MANOR SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING FOR THE
PART TO BE PAID BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT; PROVIDING
FOR MANNER IN WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IS TO BE
MADE; PROVIDlNG WHEN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ARE TO
BE PAID; AND DESCRIBING LANDS ON WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT IS TO BE LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater desires
to install a sanitary sewer system in a portion of Clearwater Manor
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, authority to conduct such project exists in Chapter
170, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to proceed to make such
improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY

1. That pursuant to Chapter 170, Florida Statutes, the City
Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, hereby declares
its intent to proceed to install a sanitary sewer system within the
streets of South Lagoon Circle and West Lagoon Circle in Clearwater
Manor Subdivision as described below, such sanitary sewer system
project to be conducted as a special assessment project.
2. That the location of such sanitary sewer system shall be
as follows: Within the streets of South Lagoon Circle and West
Lagoon Circle in Clearwater Manor Subdivision.
3. That the following part of the cost of such project shall
be paid by special assessment: $21,908.48.
4. That such special assessment shall be made on the following
basis: on the basis of th~ speciial benefit to the property itself.
5. That such special assessments are to be paid in the
following manner: At the time such specially benefited property
connects to the sanitary sewer system.
6. That the following part is to be paid from the general
improvement fund of the City of Clearwater: None.

7. . That thQ specinl assessment is to be levied on t,he
following described landl All lots and lands adjoining and
~ontiguous or bounding and abutting upon ouch improvements or
specially benefited thereby nnd further designated by the assess-
ment plat hereinafter provided for such project area, being more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 95 through 107 and Lot 157, less the West 60
feet, Clearwater Manor Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 41, page 66 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida.
8. That the estimated total project cost of the sanitary
sewer system project is: $21,908.48.
9. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
