A RESOLUTION AU~HORIZING EXECUTION OF AN UTILITY
SUBORDINATION:FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LAND OR
EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE PROPOSED RIGUT-OF-
WAY LIMITS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS RESOLUTION
,
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation
has located and proposed to construct or reconstruct a part of
State Road 55; and
WHEREAS, in order for the State of Florida Department of
. '. ~ ,
Transportation to further and complete said project, it is necessary
that certain land and/or easements within the proposed Right-of-
Way limits of said State Road 55, be acquired by the State of
Florida Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation
having requested the City of Clearwater, Florida, to execute and
deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation
Subordination, subordinating their rights to any easements and/or
lands covered in the subordination, and said request having been
duly considered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That the City Manager, Mayor-Commissipner, City Clerk and
City Attorney be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
make, execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of
Transportation a subordination for the acquisition of land and/or
easements located within the proposed Right-of-Way limits of said
State Road 55, Section 15150-6549.

2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to
the Stae of Florida Department of Transportation at Tallahassee, FL.
