A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, NN4ING
IIDAVID MARTIN SOCCER FIELD".
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of a 3.4 acre parcel
of real property located on Court Street immediately west of
St. Cecelia School, which is presently referred to as the
"Court St. Soccer Field", and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board recommends
that this property be named "David Martin Soccer Field"; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to formally name
this recreation facility in accordance with the criteria estab-
lished in Resolution No. 80-82 passed on August 7, 1980;
Noti, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

l. That in accordance with the criteria previously
established, the 3.4 acre parcel of real property located on
Court Street west of St. Cecelia School, which has been used'
as a City-wide soccer field, be and is hereby named "David
Martin Soccer Field".
2. That this resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
