95 of ~ht Code of Ordinanoes that for the purpose of promoting the
health, safety and general welfaro of the oitizens and residents of

1. That pursuant to Seotion 95.08 of the Code of Ordinanoes
the properties listed on Exhibit A, attached to this Resolution and
made a part hereof; after notice to eaoh property owner, were
oonsidered by the Lot Clearing Board at a publio hearing held Oatober

with the question being should eaoh lot be oleared or mowed by the
City and the oosts, inoluding administrative oosts, assessed against
each property owner on the list and following the hearing the Lot
Clearing Board, pursuant to Seotion 95.09 of the Code of Ordinanoes,
authorized the City to olear' or mow eaoh lot.
2. That pursuant to Seotion 95.13 of the Code of Ordinanoes
the o~ter of eaoh lot listed on Exhibit A has been provided with a
notice and opportunity, thirty (30) days, within whioh to pay the
oosts and administrative oharges set forth on Exhibit A, but no
payments have been reoeived.
3. Toot. eaoh lot Hsted on Exhibit A, having been oleared or
mowed by the City pursuant to authorization by its Lot Clearing Board,
the City Commission pursuant to Seotion 95.11 of the Code of
Ordinances hereby a~gesses a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater
aga1n3t eaoh parcel shown on Exhibit A for the actual costs of mowing
or olearing, plU3 admlnistrative costs, as shown on Exhibit A.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby direoted to prepare a notice
of lien against eaoh property listed on Exhibit A and to file the
same in the offioe of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County J rnorida.
5. That this Resolution shall become effeotive immediately upon
its adoption.
