A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE
CASE OF EUNICE WLASIUK V. KATHY KELLY, ET
AL, CIRCVIT CIVIL NO. 85-835-16.
WHEREAS, Kathy Kelly, James Barfield, James Calderbank, Rita
Garvey and William G. Justice, as the Board of City Commissioners
of the City of Clearwater, have been made defendants in an action
for a writ of Mandamus and other forms of relief which is the subject
matter of the case of Eunice Wlasiuk v. Kathy Kelly, et al, Circuit
civil No. 85-835-16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and
steps to defend Kathy Kelly, James Berfield, James Calderbank, Rita
Garvey and William G. Justice, as the Board of city Commissioners
of the City of Clearwater, in the case of Eunice Wlasiuk v. Kathy
Kelly, et aI, Circuit Civil No. 85-635-16.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
