A RESOLUTION OF 'rHE CITY COMMISSION OF THE crl'Y
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION
117.10 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, ESTABLISHING
A PUBLIC HEAnING DATE AT WHICH PROPERTY OWNERS
DEING ASSESSED PURSUANT TO THE PROJECT KNOWN
AS PAVING, CURBS AND DRAINAGE FOR VIRGINIA LANE,
RUNNING SOUTH OF GULF TO BAY BOULEVARD, MAY
APPEAR WITH RESPECT TO THE COSTS AND ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, on October 4, 1984, the City Commission adopted
Resolution No. 84-80 declaring its intent to proceed with the
project known as paving, curbs and drainage for Virginia Lane,
running South of Gulf to Bay Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the assessment roll required by Section 117.09 of
the Code of Ordinances has been prepared for the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is ready to establish the public
hearing date required by Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to Section 117.09 of the Code of Ordinances, the
City Commission hereby establishes January 10, 1985, at 6:30 P.M.,
in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 112 South Osceola
Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, as the public hearing where property
owners involved in the paving, curbs and drainage for Virginia Lane,
running South of Gulf to Bay BOUlevard, may appear and inquire into
the costs of the project
and the amount to be assessed each
property owner.
2. Notice to each property owner of such public hearing shall
be as provided in Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances.
3. Publication of such public hearing shall be in the manner
provided in Section 117.10 of the Code of Ordinances.
4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
