A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN RIGHTS-OF-
WAY~WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER WHICH
.'lIAV~ NEVER BEEN FORMALLY DEDICATED TO SUCH
PUBLIC USE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the herein-
after described property; and
WHEREAS, It has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as right-of-
way, although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said rights-of-way by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is
hereby dedicated as right-af-way for use by the general public and
the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:
PARCEL A
That portion of Lot 14, Pinel~as Groves, in the
SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, as recorded in Pl~t Book 1, page 55 of the Public
Records of pinellas County, Florida, lying within 40
feet of the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 19.
PARCEL B
That portion of the North 40 feet of, the SE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, RAnge 16
East, lying within the following described property:
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
19, Township 29 South, Rane 16 East, part of Lot 18,
according to the map of Pinellas Groves, Inc., as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW1/4 of
