WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater and Rick Stahl, a Clearwater
police officer, have been made defendants in an action for damayes,
which is the subject matter of the case of Robert Dolan v. City of
Clearwater, et aI, Circuit Civil No. 84-10162-9;

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,

all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater and Officer

2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
