WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been mado a party defendant
in an action fox damages which is tho subject matter of the caee
of Rose K. Ochs v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 84-8861-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE !T RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case
