WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made defendant in an action
for judgment foreclosing mortgage which is the subject matter of the case of Sun
Banlc/Suncoast, etc., vs Michael K. Akins, et a~ Circuit CivU Case No. 84-9047-011.;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN
SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps
necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of SUN BANK/SUNCOAST
