TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF BRYNNWOOD CONDOMINIUM I,ASSOCIATION, INC.

WHEREAS6 the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant
in an action for damages which is the subject matter of the
case of Brynnwood Condominium I Association, Inc. VB. City of
Clearwater, CiLcuit civil No. 84-7946-7;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the
