CITY OF CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 84-6773-015. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party defendant in an action for de~laratory and injunctive relief which is the subject matter of the case of James A. Martin, Jr., et ux v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 84-6773-015; NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of James A. Martin, Jr., et ux vs. City of Clearwater, Circuit civil No. 84-6773-015. 2. That this Resolution shall become effective i~nediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED day of June, A.D. 1984.
