WHEREAS, ,the City of Clearwater has been made 'a defendant
in an action for declar.atory judgment, which is the subject matter
of the case of ~and Key Club, Inc., Number 1, et al v. Amza D.
Abdullaj, et al, Circuit Civil No. 84-6536-15:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO~1ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and
all 5tep~ necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case
of Clearwater Sand Key Club, Inc., Number 1, et al v, Arnza D. '
