CITY OF CLEARWATBR, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 84-6038-14. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a defendant in an action for declaratory relief and judgment, which is the subject matter of the case of Florida Clearwater Beach Hotel v. City of Clearwater, Circuit civil No. 84-6038-14~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Florida Clearwater Beach Hotel v. city of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 84-6038-14. 2.
