A RESOLUrrION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AUTHORIZED UNDER
ORDINANCE NO. 3331-83.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3331-83 provides for the setting of
fees to defray the cost of inspections for the issuance of
,
Occupational Licenses1 and
WHEREAS, it is the belief of the City commission that the fees
set out below reflect the administrative cost of providing such
administrative services and are necessary to defray the cost of
such services1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

There is hereby set and established .the followll1Y feeF>
and charges which shall be applicable to the services set out below
which are presently performed by various City of Clearwater depart-
ments relative to the requirement for and the issuance of an
Occupational License:

Issuance of a land use permit pursuant
to Section 131.224

Review by the Harbormaster
2.
These fees shall be collected by the Occupational License
personnel prior to the issuance of an Occupational License.
3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
