TO DEFEND CITY OF CLE1\RW^TER IN THE CASE OF
GEORGE MILLER V. Cn'Y OF CLEARWA'l'ER, IN COUNTY
COURT, SMALL CLAIMS DIVISION, CASE NO. 84-001858-047.
WHEREAS, the City of Cl~tar has been made a defendant
in an action for damages, which is the subject matter of the
case of George Miller v. City' of Clearwater, in County Court,
Small Claims Division, Case No. 84-001858-047;
NOW, THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, F'LORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGUL1\RLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater In the
case of George Miller v. City of Clearwater, in County Court, Small
Claims Division, Case No. 84-001858-047.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
