A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF THE DIME SAVINGS DANK OF NEW YORK, ETC. V.
MARTHA LEE LITTLETON, ET AL, CIRCUIT CIVIL

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been made a party
defendant in a foreclosure action which is the subject matter of
the case of The Dime Savings Bank of New York, etc. v. Martha
Lee Littleton, et ai, Circuit Civil No. 84-1951-16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMNISSION OF THE CI'l'Y OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
~ FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the
