" WHEREAS, the city of Clearwater has been made a defendant in
an action for damages which is the subject matter of the case of
Michael G. McDermott, et ux v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil
No. 84-1815-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

That the city Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and

all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case
