^ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF CLEARWATER IN THE CASE
OF BUCKET'S OF FLORIDA, INC. V. CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 84-001186-20.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater. has been made a defendant
in 'an action for a temporary and permanent injunction and for
damages which is the subject matter of the case of Bucket's of
Florida, Inc. v. City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 84-
001186-20;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any
and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the
case of Bucket's of Florida, Inc. v. City of Clearwater, Circuit
Civil No. 84-001186-20.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
