CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
THE APPROVED ROUTES THAT MAY BE USED FOR SPECIAL
EVENT RACES.

WHEREAS, approved special event races take place using

WHEREAS, an inordinate amount of City staff time is spent
working with applicants who want to design other, less safe,

expensive routes: and
WHEREAS, certain routes of different lengths have been

determined to be safe for racers, which routes can be barricaded
with minimal use of City personnel:
